• Bits Bye Solution is an independent third-party service provider specializing in laptop hardware repair, computer maintenance, and IT support.

• We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any third-party computer brands (e.g., Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Asus, or Acer). All brand names and trademarks mentioned on our website are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes.

2. Customer Data & Backup Responsibility

• While our technicians exercise maximum care when handling customer devices, Bits Bye Solution is not liable for data loss resulting from preexisting hardware failure, hard drive degradation, software corruption, or unexpected hardware failures during testing.

• Customers are strongly advised to perform a complete backup of their data before submitting any device for hardware servicing.

3. Repair Quotes & Authorization

• All repair estimates are based on our initial diagnostic inspection.

• Work will only begin after receiving verbal, written, or digital approval from the customer.

• If additional hardware faults are discovered during repair, we will pause work and request your approval for any adjusted estimates before proceeding.

4. Device Pickup & Abandoned Equipment

• Customers must pick up their repaired devices within 30 days of notification of completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Equipment left uncollected beyond 60 days following notice may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with local legal guidelines to cover unpaid diagnostic and storage costs.

5. Limited Liability

• Bits Bye Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hardware downtime, loss of business revenue, or secondary hardware failures outside the scope of the specific completed repair.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
